"R d'autrefois" a typical style of the terroir of Trépail. As worked our ancestors this assemblage combines flexibility and lightness. This Champagne with a low dosage to bring all its specificity.
Tasting: A very aromatic and complex nose with notes of white flowers, white fruits, fresh butter, toast. A fresh palate and then the wine expresses itself with roundness (white fruit, apple, pear, peach, butter, brioche, etc.). The whole and slender and harmonious. A long length with a tangy tip (lime) and pretty bitter (orange marmalade).
Ideal as an aperitif this champagne will perfectly accompany a fish.
