Dosage : 9 g/l
Created in 1684 first as a still wine then in 1929 in Champagne this small estate has 4 hectares of vineyard on only 18 plots. This traditional cuvée brut offers us a vinous and gourmet champagne.
Tasting: The nose of a nice balance is very expressive on floral notes (white flowers, lemon, acacia), quince aromas and a touch of mushroom. Frank attack on the palate, a winey Champagne where you can smell the reserve wines with a nice return of the nose on the floral flavors and a generous fruity (candied fruit, plum, pear, gooseberry). An expressive and slightly evolved finish with notes of toasted and liquorice. Champagne as an aperitif or to accompany red meat.
